Scrapbook with funeral notices for Kirksville and surrounding communities from about 1876-1899 and newspaper clippings of obituaries (along with some marriage and birthday notices) from about 1917-1919. Also includes handwritten notes of local deaths. In a folder in the back of the scrapbook, there are a few memorial cards from local funeral homes in from 1943-1945.In some cases, there are handwritten notes about age and cemetery plots.
