These records include: (1) the Forest Cemetery Association Minute Book, 1940-1962, 1964, 1974; (2) the Forest Cemetery Association Payment Records, 1926-1951; (3) the Cemetery Records of Kirksville Cemetery, 1880-1895, 1904-05, 1932-52; (4) and the Llewellyn Cemetery Register, 1832 (1880s-1910s), 1950.

The Kirksville photograph archives consist of subject folders on people, places, and events related to Kirksville, Missouri.

Scrapbook with funeral notices for Kirksville and surrounding communities from about 1876-1899 and newspaper clippings of obituaries (along with some marriage and birthday notices) from about 1917-1919. Also includes handwritten notes of local deaths. In a folder in the back of the scrapbook, there are a few memorial cards from local funeral homes in from 1943-1945.In some cases, there are handwritten notes about age and cemetery plots.

The vertical files consist of subject folders on people, places, and events related to Missouri history in Adair County, Kirksville and Northeast Missouri. Materials include articles, newspaper clippings, press releases, biographical information, fliers, and other ephemeral materials.
