Received George's long awaited letter; sent a letter to Uncle thinking George was sick; many came to see what George had written, and they laughed at what happened to Willard Roark; weather is now pleasant, but it was very cold for a while; would be contented living at a farm; Mary wants George to find her a husband since he has been promising for the last 5 years.
