Depending on media condition and availability of equipment, not all items are available for listening or viewing. Prospective users should contact Special Collections and University Archives to determine the status of specific A/V items. When items are available, they can only be used on-site in the Special Collections Reading Room. They cannot be recorded, taped or filmed, and we cannot provide copies of these items. Please make arrangements with Special Collection to use available materials.

The order in which they were originally archived has been maintained, as have the original folder numbers from the legacy archive. The collection is numbered in the order in which it was received. Media includes: Reel-to-reel audio tapes; audio cassette tapes - standard size; video cassette tapes - standard size; video cassette tapes - 8mm mini size; compact discs (CDs); and digital video discs (DVDs).
