Historical Note

One of the largest of our unidentified homes, this building appears to have been a rooming house. Male roomers are grouped at one end of the porch; the females with the owner's family further down. One can only imagine the chagrin of the land lady when she first saw a picture of her home with a curtain hanging out a 2nd floor window.
